Pamela Reeves Mitchell

Pamela Faye Reeves Mitchell, 77 of Clemmons, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 27, 2025 at Hinkle Hospice House.

Pamela was born on February 27, 1948 in Halifax County, VA to the late John Reeves Jr. and Evelyn Whitlow Reeves. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years, Franklin Mitchell; daughter, Melissa Mitchell and a sister, Gloria Beamer.

Pamela worked as an executive assistant for RJ Reynolds prior to her retirement. In her free time, she was an avid reader and also enjoyed watching the Food Network. She especially loved to watch House Hunters International. Most of all, she adored her granddaughter Katie and held her family close to her heart.

Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Rebecca (Allen) Spence and Heather Mitchell, granddaughter, Katherine “Katie” Ulrich and a sister, Catherine Wheeler, who will all miss her dearly.
