Pansy Louise Hege Walser, 84, of Needleworks Lane, Lexington died Friday, March 13, 2015 in Lexington Health Care. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 pm Sunday just prior to the service and at other times at the home. Mrs. Walser was born January 19, 1931 in Davidson County to Olin Grady Hege and Vivian Walser Hege. She was a retired owner/operator of Needleworks and a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Preceding her in death was her parents and a son, Wayne Walser. Surviving are her loving husband of 66 years, L.J. Walser of the home; a son, Gene Walser of Lexington; a daughter, Beth Waitman of Lexington; Grandchildren, Cherie Wafford (Todd), Julie Michelle Waitman, Justin Waitman (Codi),Derick Walser (Tracy) : Great Grandchildren, Brayden Waitman, Ashley Walser, Cameron Walser, Tanner Walser,Dalton Wafford, Alyson Wafford and Emilee Hicks. Also surviving are a sister, Linda Carol Hege of Winston-Salem and a daughter in law, Sandra Walser of Lexington. Online Condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
