Partricia (Pat) Honeycutt Allred

Patricia Ann (Pat) Honeycutt Allred, age 74, of Marty Lane, Lexington passed away Monday (January 2, 2012) at her home. Funeral service will be 3:00 pm Thursday (January 5, 2012) at Mt. Tabor United Church of Christ with Rev. Darrell Sluder officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service. Pat was born in Stanley County, October 23, 1937 to M.T. Honeycutt and Clara Hatley Honeycutt. She was a retired employee of Davidson County Schools having taught for thirty two years and last at Davis Townsend. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, William (Bill) Allred of the home; her daughter, Pamela Allred Cope and husband William David Cope of Advance; her son, William Patrick Allred and wife Amy Owens Allred of Lexington; grandchildren, William Parker Owen Allred, Anna-Claire Hatley Allred, Zeb Robertson Cope and William Ryan Cope; her sister, LaRae Sharpe of Cleveland, TN. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Youth Fund of Mt. Tabor United Church of Christ, 1002 East Holly Grove, Road, Lexington, NC 27292.
