Patricia Ann Haynes Alexander, age 63 of Lexington, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
The family will hold a celebration of life service at 4:00pm on Thursday, March 4 th at Cancer Services of Davidson County with Rev. Ray Nance officiating.
Patricia was born on September 11, 1947 in Davidson County to James Patrick Haynes and Betty Herring Haynes. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Angelia Haynes and Michelle Henderson, both of Lexington
