Patricia Dixon

Patricia Marohn Dixon, 77, of Lexington, died Saturday November 11, 2017, at Grayson Creek Assisted Living.   A Memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Tuesday November 14, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Jeff Insley.   The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Monday at Davidson Funeral Home.   Mrs. Dixon was born October 20, 1940 in Polk County Iowa to William Ernest Marohn and Neoma McMillian Marohn.  She was a member of the Yadkin County Humane Society and of the Lutheran faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Pauline Beyer.   Surviving is her husband Larry Dixon; one son, Matt Dwyer and wife Renee; one daughter Kathe Fields and husband Joseph III; four grandchildren, Meredith Walker and husband Jason, Melinda Dwyer and fiancee` Brad Jackson, Kelsey Fields and Joseph Fields IV and 1 great-grandchild, Gabriel Walker.   Memorials may be made to Hospice of donor’s choice or the Yadkin County Humane Society.
