Patricia was born January 23, 1935 in Erie County New York to James Wheeler and Mildred Manhard Wheeler. She was a homemaker. Her husband, William Mosgrober preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, Bryan Mosgrober (Debbie) of Rural Hall , William Mosgrober (Susan) of Winston Salem and Debbi Hunt (Jonathan) of North Tonawanda, New York. Five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A former daughter in law, Debbie Carleu of Mocksville, NC
