Patricia 'Pat' West

Patricia “Pat” West (Thomason) died in her home on October 30, 2018 in Winston-Salem, NC at the age of 77.

Mrs. West was born September 14, 1941 and grew up in Churchland, NC.  She attended Lexington High School.  She married Paul West in 1957 and just celebrated their 61 ^st Wedding anniversary. After moving to Winston-Salem and raising her family, she began working at H&R Block.  She last attended First Wesleyan Church.

Pat is survived by her Husband, Paul, their 6 children; Sharri West, Doug West, Debby Coley, Tammy Phillips (Ronnie), Tina Myers-Kruth (Marc), Toni Fulton; her 13 grandchildren, Elizabeth “Beth” Myers (Josh), Stewart “Stew” Starr (Jen), Patricia “Trish” Coley, Elizabeth “Betsy” Young (Brandon), Nicole “Nicky” Gelo (Jared), Nathan Phillips (Katherine), Joshua Phillips, Daniel “Taylor” Phillips (fiancé Abby), Ethan Phillips, “Patti” Cody (Adam), Samuel Fulton, Tyler Fulton (Kathleen), Christopher Myers; her 7 great-grandchildren, Emma and Joshua Myers, Abbagail and Evie Young, Atlas and Clark Fulton, and Eryn Fransman, and her Brother Mark Thomason (Jo).  She is proceeded in death by her parents, father Leonard Thomason, and mother Wilma Thomason.

The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 at Davidson Funeral Home (301 North Main Street, Lexington NC 27292) on Saturday, November 3, 2018  with a service in the chapel at 2:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Churchland Baptist Church immediately after.
