Patricia Diana Young

Patricia Diana Fitzgerald Young, a resident of Linwood, NC., passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the age of 83.

A graveside service to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church in Lexington, NC, on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Pastor David Robinson will officiate, providing a comforting presence during this time of remembrance. Interment will follow at the Madison Heights Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Born on August 11, 1941 to Francis and Jessie Louie Fitzgerald in Davie County, NC, Patricia’s legacy of love continues through her surviving family members: her sons, Andy Young and his wife Karen, Allan Young, and Keith Young and his wife Crissy. She will be remembered by her granddaughter, Caitlin, who brought joy to Patricia's life.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Calvin Eugene Young, as well as her parents.

Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington is assisting the Young family during this difficult season.
