Patrick Lee Parks

Patrick Lee Parks of Lexington, North Carolina, passed away on June 18, 2024.  He was born on March 13, 1968. Lee was a beloved husband, father, and a cherished member of his community.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 21, 2024 at Forest Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jason Koontz officiating.  Burial will follow.

Surviving are his wife, Dr. Sonja Parks; sons, Austin and wife Olivia of Asheville, NC and Aiden.   Preceded in death by his parents Billy Parks and wife Kay and Kathy Myers.  Lee is survived by his sister, Jenni Issacs and husband Mike of Lexington and stepsisters Marissa Freeman husband Jeff, and Holly Bellini and husband Ron and stepfather Jeff Myers all of Lexington.

Lee loved God, family and his Davidson County community.  He was a member a Second United Church of Christ in Lexington and was a member of the consistory.

Lee spent 25 years in Environmental Health at the Davidson County Health Department.  After retiring, he spent time enjoying his family, hunting and fishing.  His passion was making sure everyone else was happy.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to his special needs son Aiden for his care of life.  Contributions may be mailed to 310 Primrose Drive Ext. Lexington, NC 27292.
