Patsy F. Miller

Patsy Foust Miller, 81, of Arbor Drive in Lexington passed away Friday, April 27, 2018 at her home.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Grace Episcopal Church with visitation following the service.  Patsy was born in Davidson County on November 2, 1936 to John Wesley Foust and Annie Smith Foust.  She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, John Joseph Miller.  Surviving is her loving husband, Seth George Miller, of the home; a son, Seth David Miller of N. Augusta, SC; daughter, Mary Miller Dallas of Apex, NC; and a brother, Dr. John W. Foust of Charlotte, NC; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
