Patsy Lee Fleenor Franklin

Patsy Lee Fleenor Franklin, 66, of Natalie Road, died Monday, July 31, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center.  A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Davidson Funeral Home with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 p.m.  Mrs. Franklin was born October 18, 1950, in Carter County, TN, to Albert Fleenor and Wilma Blevins Fleenor. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Hale and Gloria Wishon..  Surviving are son, Greg Franklin Jr. (Michael Bundy) of Tampa, Fl.; daughter, Ginger Franklin of Thomasville; grandchildren, Courtney Clark and Meghan Slemp; great-granddaughter, Nayely Clark; and brothers, David Fleenor of Florida, Wayne Fleenor (Judy) of Lexington, and Bobby Fleenor (Barbara) of Virginia; and sister, Janet Fritz (Bill) of Tennessee.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Davidson County Animal Shelter, 490 Glendale Road, Lexington, NC 27292.
