Patsy Hunt Hollingsworth

Patsy Louise Hunt Hollingsworth, 72, of Hunt Road in Lexington, passed away Thursday May 20, 2021 at her home.

A celebration of life will be Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 2 pm to 4 pm at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 6261 NC Hwy 8, Lexington, NC.

Patsy was born July 4, 1948 in Davidson County to Archie Ray Hunt Sr. and Thelma Louise Lanning Hunt. She attended Faith Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Jerry Hunt; and a brother-in-law, Joe Woodall.

Surviving is her husband James Hollingsworth of the home: three sons, Barry Hollingsworth of Lexington, Jimmy Hollingsworth (Elizabeth) of Lexington, and David Hollingsworth of Lexington; two daughters, Angie Leftwich (Mike) of Lexington and Sherry Scearce (Donald) of Lexington; two brothers, Archie Ray Hunt Jr. (Clara Ann) of Lexington; and one sister, Barbara Woodall of Lexington; 9 grandchildren ; Emily, Chad (Alexis), Jessi, William, Karlee, Katie, Jacob, Quinton (Celeste) and Heather and 5 great-grandchildren; Wyatt Riel, Rory Leftwich, Brody McMahan, Abel Leftwich and Liam Scearce.
