Patsy Newsome Trivette

Patsy Newsome Trivette, 76, of Lexington, passed away May 18, 2024, at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at­­­ 11:00 am Friday, May 24, 2024, at Forest Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Randy Powers officiating the service.

Patsy was born May 29, 1947, in Davidson County, to William “Bill” Newsome and Lucy Owens Newsome. Patsy was a loving sister, aunt, who will be missed by all. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Larry Beck, Robert Woodall, and Paul Woodall, brother, Billy M. Newsome who died March 24, 2022. She was retired from PPG and was a Christian.

Left to cherish her memories are her brother, Jerry Newsome, sister, Mary Lanning and husband Buck, cousin, Fonda Bishop, her sister-in-law, Carol Newsome all of Lexington. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. And her special dog, Sadie.

In lieu of flowers, family has asked that memorials be made to the Humane Society-Davidson County, 1120 Piedmont Dr., Lexington, NC 27295.
