Patty Slaydon Faulk

Patty Slaydon Faulk, 70 of Tyro School Road, Lexington, died Thursday July 31, 2008 At 8:30 AM at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home after an illness of three weeks. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at Forest Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Kenny Barker. Mrs. Faulk was born in Surry County on April 12, 1938 to Iris Slaydon McKinney. She was retired from Lexington Furniture Industries and was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her brother, Warren Slaydon. Surviving are her special friend Joe Ray Poole of Churchland Community; daughters, Karen Fowler and husband Kevin of Logan, W. VA; Donna Hensley and husband Morris of Lexington and Dawn Byerly and husband Michael of Thomasville; grandchildren, John Helmstetler; Alana Cox; David Chrisley and Katie Fowler; brothers Jerry McKinney of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home on Tyro School Road. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County, P. O.
