Paul (Phil) Shaw

Paul P. (Phil) Shaw 87 of Louya Road died Friday Morning at Centerclair Nursing Home. A Graveside Service will be 11:00 am Monday at Forest Hill Memorial Park.    Mr. Shaw was born July 7, 1921 in Davidson County to Henry Washington Shaw and Neaty Buford Kepley Shaw. His parents, son Vicky Ray Shaw, 2 Grandchildren Tabitha Ann Shaw and Robbie Dwayne Shaw and 8 brothers and sisters all preceded him in death. He retired from Carolina Panel and after retirement worked for Billy Curry Sawmill.   Surviving are his wife, Nell Mae Everhart Shaw of the home. One son, Robert Austin Shaw and wife Virginia and a daughter, Phyllis Mae Phillips and husband Joe all of Lexington. A daughter in law, Lucy Shaw of Lexington. 8 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren.   The family will receive friends Sunday Afternoon from 4-6 pm at Davidson Funeral Home and at other times at the home.   Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
