Paula Kay Hosey

Paula Kay Hosey 52 of Lexington passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017 at her home.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church with Rev. Sandra Ireson officiating.   A visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11:00 AM prior to the service at the church.   Paula was born on March 14, 1964 in Charlotte, Michigan to Danny Marshall Hosey and Sally Ann Craig Hosey.  She worked at Zoe’s Grill and was a member of Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church.   Surviving are her parents of Lexington; son, Christopher Brandon Smith of Williamsburg, VA, a daughter, Kassie Leigh Mize (Shawn) of Bryan, Texas; two sisters, Leigh Ann Beck (Frankie) of Richmond, VA, Elizabeth Daneen Marley (Dave) of Winston-Salem and one grandchild, Casey Atlas Mize; niece, Megan Marley; two nephews, Jacob Beck and Logan Marley and one-great niece, Lainey Adams Beck.   Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Association, P. O. Box 715, Greensboro, NC  27402.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
