Pauline Marie Freedle Everhart, 89, of North Pointe Assisted Living, formerly of Welcome Bethesda Road, died Thursday, September 12, 2013, at High Point Regional Hospital, following a period of declining health.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Davidson Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Angel officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 13, 2013, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Everhart was born August 21, 1924, in Forsyth County, to Henry Franklin Freedle and Grace Leonard Freedle. She was retired from Edgewood Apparel where she had been a seamstress. Mrs. Everhart was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Everhart who died in November 1982; her first husband, Harvey Lee James; son, Henry Allen Everhart; and brothers, Leon Freedle, Wayne Freedle and Bryce Freedle.
Surviving are her son, Randall Dale “Randy” Everhart and wife Joan of King; daughters, Shelby James McKinney and husband Jesse, and Jean Everhart Joyce, all of Archdale; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Hyatt of Lexington and Linda Price of Clemmons; and special friend, Clarice Binkley of Winston-Salem.
