Peggy B. Link, 82 passed on January 26th at Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson NC. A memorial celebration of life will be held at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel on March 22nd, 2025, at 4 PM.
Peggy was born on May 11th, 1942, to the late Howard Roger Berrier and Mable Fritts Berrier. She was a a founding member of Community Fellowship Moravian church in Welcome NC, and was the pianist there for countless years. There she bonded with many friends and became best friends with the late Jonetta Conrad. Together with her and other members, there was nothing they could not do. From choir practice or bible school to Laurel Ridge retreats, and even Christmas caroling in the bitter cold, piling into cars, and going house to house, they could plan it, and they could do it. She was blessed with intelligence, drive, and charisma. She was always put together, open-minded, very analytical, and from all appearances fearless. She was successful in everything she did including giving unbiased advice and help to whoever asked or needed it.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Richard Donald Link, and her daughter-in-law Misty Willard Link.
She is survived by sister Brenda Arant (Wayne), son Richard Craig Link, niece Melinda Sierra (Fernando) Ercia Dall Tezza (Doug) Jessica Maria Tysinger (Chase), and Julie Cramblett (Tyler).
Memorials may be made to Forgotten Felines of Forsyth County, Animal Care Foundation, or Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice House, Dobson NC.
