Peggy Anne Queen

Peggy Anne Jordan Curry Queen, 91, passed away August 22, 2023 at Grayson Creek Assisted Living.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Monday, August 28, 2023, at Paul’s Chapel, with Rev Aaron Long officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.

Peggy was born January 23, 1932 to David Lee and Etta Mae Jordan. She was a member of Paul’s Chapel. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands; Thomas Talmadge Curry and Jacob Ramoth Queen.

Left to cherish her memories are her children; son, Doug Curry of Lexington, and daughter, Deborah Ann Allred, husband, Tim of Fayetteville, brother, John Lee Jordan, wife, Patty of Tennessee, grandchildren; David, Matt, and Josh, and great-grandchildren; Jack, Tony, River, and Cyprus.
