Peggy Briggs Wilson

Peggy Briggs Wilson, 75 of Briggstown Rd. Lexington died Thursday October 22, 2009 at Thomasville Medical Center. The funeral will be Monday October 26,2009 at Grace Alliance Church with Rev. Roy Solvig officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Wilson was born in Davidson County on June 21, 1934 to Lester Briggs and Lucille Briggs Briggs. She was owner and operator of Wilson Rental and a member of Grace Alliance Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wayne Wilson on July 4, 1991. Surviving are son, Rodger Wilson and daughter, Diane Wilson all of Lexington, grandchildren Amanda Callahan and husband Chris, Erin Goff and husband Wayne and Jason Wilson and wife Melissa, 6 great grandchildren and sister Claudia Justice of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her daughter, Diane Wilson, 406 S. Carolina Ave., Lexington, NC 27292
