Phyllis Miller Branch

  Phyllis Miller Branch 76 of Winston-Salem passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Westchester Manor in High Point.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, August 13, 2017at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor David Langley officiating.  Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at the daughter’s home at 285 Laura Dr., Winston-Salem, NC  27107. Phyllis was born in Forsyth County on October 13, 1940 to the late Holland Reid Miller and Vernice Moore Miller.  She retired from AT&T and was preceded in death by her parents a son Steven Wayne Branch, a great grandchild Lincoln Rogers and a brother H.R. Miller. Surviving is her husband Donald Ray Branch of the home; a son Donnie Branch (Carolyn) of Wallburg; daughter Tammy Rogers (Mark) of Wallburg, a sister Kay Walker of Denton; two grandchildren Corey Rogers (Celia), Jessica Rogers all of Wallburg, great-grandaughter Aubrey Rogers, also a special nephew Will Miller of Winston-Salem. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC  27262. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
