Phyllis “Punkin” Love Hollman, 54, of West Sixth Avenue, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at a later date. However, the family will receive friends at the home on West Sixth Avenue. Mrs. Hollman was born June 6, 1961, in Davidson County, to Winfred Cleo Love and Pauline Deal Love. She was a member of New Life Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Wayne Hollman who died February 10, 2012; brothers, Ralph Deal, Bois Deal and Junior Love; and sister, Glenda Hepler. Surviving are son, Tad Hollman and wife Brandy of Lexington; daughter, Starr Spaugh of Lexington; grandchildren, Brooke Cochran, Carmen Spaugh, Morgan Spaugh, McKenzie Spaugh, Haley Hollman, Cameryn Phillips, Gracie Hollman, Chloe Hollman; great-grandson, Liam Spaugh; sister, Diane Shambley of Lexington; sisters-in-law; Barbara Luck and husband Dwight, Lila Kiger, JoAnn Porter and husband Junior, all of Lexington, Lois Young and husband Ronald of Tennessee, and Margaret Thompson and husband Bill of Tyro; and special friend, Darrell Bruce Gardner.
