Rachel Lindsay Wagner

Rachel Lindsay Wagner, 19, of Ridge Rd., Lexington passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 in Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.   A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Bethesda United Methodist Church with Pastor Jonathan Robbins officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in the Family Life Center.   Rachel was born November 4, 1998 in Forsyth County to Donald Shane Wagner and Merinda Snider Wagner.  She attended Bethesda United Methodist Church and The Summit Church. She was a 2016 graduate of Davidson County High School and was employed as a Hostess for Stevens Family Restaurant. Rachel was such a sweet loving person and a wonderful mother to her 10 month old son Jayden. She had tremendous love for her family and friends.   Rachel was an organ donor so her giving spirit will live on in the lives of many other people. The family would like to thank the Davidson County EMS, Welcome Fire Dept., NC Highway Patrol, Tracy’s Towing, Nurses, Doctors and Donor Service representatives for their care and compassion.   Surviving are her parents of the home, a son, Jayden Ball of the home and a brother, Hunter Wagner and a nephew, Landon Trivette.   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to; Donate Life, PO Box 5536, Cary, NC 27512 or Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, Ma. 01923-1389.
