Ralph King

William Ralph King, 85, of Lexington passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Rowan Medical Center.

No formal services will be held.

Mr. King was born in Rockingham, NC on December 3, 1933 to Roy Basley King and Lucy Ward King. He was a retired truck driver, having worked for Billings Freight Systems. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dean King; and a sister, Lorene Hazelton.

Surviving are his loving wife, Shirley Baker King of the home; his son, Wane King (Marilyn) of Trinity; his daughter, Lori Ann Hayes (Christopher) of Oak Island; six grandchildren, Susan Torres, Erica Rose, Eric King, Tiffany and Joshua Hayes and Jessica Roseberry; a step granddaughter, Samantha and fifteen great-grandchildren.
