Randall Brooks

Randall Scott Brooks, 51, of Friendship Church Road, died Sunday, June 3 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.    A memorial service will be held at 4 pm Wednesday, June 6 at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel, by the Rev. Dr. Jim Martin.    The family will receive friends from 2-3:30pm Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.   Mr. Brooks was born April 9, 1967 in Davie County to Vernon Lee “Butch” Brooks and Nancy Munday Brooks.  He had been employed with Diebold of Lexington.    He is survived by his daughter, Diamond Brooks and her boyfriend, J. R. Pugalee, of Lexington; his parents of Lexington; his brother, Robin Dale Brooks of Lexington; his sister, Roxy Wall and husband, David, of Lexington; his nieces, Meaghan Landreth and Courtney Leonard; his nephew and niece, Caylen Wall and Emily Wall; ; his great nephew, Jayden “Candyman” Putnal; and his special friends and caregivers, Randall Livengood and Tony Walser, both of Lexington.    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.    The family would like to thank Hospice of Davidson County, especially his nurse, Lorri, and Davidson Medical Ministries and Dr. Snow, for their care and support.
