Randall Swiney

Randall Wayne Swiney, 48, of Lexington passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 at the WFBH – Lexington Medical Center.

As to follow directives from Governor Cooper’s office, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Swiney was born in Buchanan County, VA on October 23, 1971 to Randy Wayne Swiney and Barbara Ann Fleming Swiney. He was a supervisor for Hughes Supply and was a loving husband, son, and stepfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Ann Fleming Swiney

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Claudiea Barrera Swiney of the home; his father, Randy Wayne Swiney of Bristol, TN; a step-son, Miguel Villanueva (Brianna); a step-daughter, Daniela Villanueva; and two step-grandchildren, Sophia and Camila Villanueva.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jeff Hughes, Eddie Hodges, Mark Rogers, and all of the employees at Hughes Supply.
