Randy Stewart Myers

Randy Stewart Myers, age 54, a native of Davidson County, and longtime resident of Wilmington, NC passed away Monday (9-28-2009) at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday (10-3-2009) at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Howard Baker officiating. Burial will be in Beck's Lutheran Church Cemetery.   Randy was born in Davidson County, June 26, 1955 to McCrae Myers and Inez Briggs Myers.He was owner and operator of Myers Construction and Maintenance. He was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Wilmington, NC, and he was preceded in death by his parents.   Surviving are: one sister, Linda Aldridge of Lexington; six brothers, Alan Myers of Lexington, Joel Myers of Eden, Jerry Myers of Wichita, Kansas, Tony Myers of Chapel Hill, Rick Myers of Greensboro, and Roger Myers of Pikesville, MD, several nieces and nephews.   There will be no visitation.  Arrangements by Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington.   Memorials should be directed to Beck’s Lutheran Church, building fund, 441 Beck’s Church Road, Lexington, NC  27292   Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
