Randy Nathaniel Rose, 57, of 4194 E US Hwy 64, of Lexington died Thursday, March 29, 2012 in Wake Forest Baptist Health-Lexington Medical Center after a sudden illness.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, April 1, 2012 in Holly Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery, with Rev. Butch Conrad officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home of his son, Travis Rose, 614 Heath Church Rd., Lexington, NC.
Mr. Rose was born January 31, 1955 in Davidson County to Austin Harold Rose and Doris Louise Conrad Rose. He was a contractor with Austin Rose & Sons and was a member of Holly Grove Lutheran Church. Randy was a Lifetime Charter member of Hyco Hunt Club and previous member of Love Valley Horseman Association. Preceding him in death were his mother, brother-in-law, Doug Hanes and sister-in-law Brenda Keller Rose.
Surviving are his wife Lateffa Anne Hedrick Rose of the home; two sons, David Nathaniel (Nathan) Rose and significant other, Shelly Reynolds, Samuel Travis Rose and wife Adrian both of Lexington; two daughters, Kristal Leeanne Rose and significant other, Andy Ferguson, Randi Rose Hileman and husband, Robbie both of Lexington; five grandchildren, Colton Rose, Carson Rose, Corbin Rose, Gracie Ferguson, Gaven Ferguson; a brother, Harold Rose and wife, Judy of Lexington; three sisters, Sheila Hanes, Glenna Garner and husband, Steve, and Lydia Rose all of Lexington and his Special Dog, “Pinkie”
