Ray Vernon Everhart

Ray Vernon Everhart, 69, a resident of Southmont, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Hinkle Hospice Home of Lexington. Ray was born in Davidson County to the late Smith and Molene Everhart on September 11, 1951. He retired from PPG Industries after 43 years of service. Ray was a simple man with a quiet disposition. In his younger years he enjoyed golfing and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Norma Everhart.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.

Ray is survived by his sisters, Barbara Everhart of Lexington and Edith Leonard (William) of Tyro; and a niece, Susan Christian (Richard) of Lexington.
