Rebecca “Becky” Jane Potter Bell, 80 of Sweetbriar Drive, Lexington, died Wednesday June 10, 2009 at Brian Center Nursing Home. A funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2009 at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with the Rev. J. Randy Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mrs. Bell was born in Shelby County, IN on May 7, 1929 to Shelvy Potter and Ida Mae Potter. She was a homemaker. Her husband Norman Paul Bell and son Curtis Bell, preceded her in death. Surviving are son, Nelson Bell, Allen Bell and wife Jamie and Roger Bell and wife Annette all of Lexington; daughters, Paula Moseley and husband, Chris of Huntersville and Linda Bell Roozen of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Carrie Taylor; Nicholas Bell, Morgan Bell, Brittany Bell, McKay Roozen and Ella Moseley; brother, Gordon Potter and wife Mary of MA., and sisters, Gwen Moore of CA and Lenora Irvin and husband Charles of IN.
