Rebecca Disher Craver

Rebecca Ann Disher Craver, age 66, of Adams Street, Lexington passed away suddenly Friday afternoon, July 20, 2012 at her home.   A funeral service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday July 24, 2012  at  Davidson Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Clyde Akers and burial to follow in Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 pm prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times at the home. Mrs. Craver was born June 27, 1946 in Davidson  County to James Disher and Ellie Charles Disher . She was a homemaker and a member of Community Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry H. Craver and a sister in law, Audrey. Surviving are her loving companion of 25 years, Larry Wilson; sons, Randal S. Craver and James (Dino) Craver and wife Shelia all of Lexington; daughters, Angela D. Archer and husband David and Tina M. Garner and husband Bob all of Lexington; grandchildren, Randy, Shauna, Brantley, Gregory, Violet, Ryan and Jestine and step-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachel, Luke, Aaron Raymond and Aaron;  also surviving are several great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters, James (Bubber) Disher Jr., Bud Disher and wife Betty, Ed Disher and wife Alta, Helen Barnette and husband Gary, Maxine Floyd and husband Odell and Wyonna Gilbert and husband Bill.
