Rebecca Lambeth Everhart

Rebecca Lambeth Everhart, 70, of Lexington passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at home.

A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, October 25, 2019 at First Baptist Church Chapel in Lexington with Dr. Ray Howell, III, officiating the service.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service at First Baptist Church Parlor of Lexington.

Rebecca was born on July 18, 1949 in Forsyth County to Roy Lee Lambeth and Frances Blanch Grant Lambeth.  She graduated from LSHS in 1967, and UNC-G in 1971.  She retired from the Davidson County School System after 37 years of teaching, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Lexington.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kenneth Joe Lambeth.

Surviving are her son, David Everhart, and sister, Catherine Lambeth, a sister-in-law, Paula Lambeth; niece, Kendra Ash, of Southern Shores, NC; a nephew, Cullen Lambeth, of Burlington; as well as cousins, great nephews and great nieces.
