Rebecca Livengood Lookabill

Rebecca “Becky” Jean Livengood Lookabill, 82, of Chapel Drive in Lexington, passed away Monday September 9, 2024.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Lookabill was born March 6, 1942 in Davie County to Odell Livengood and Martha Rebecca Leonard Livengood. Rebecca loved her family, her granddaughter was her joy, and enjoyed the beauty of flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Willie Glenn ‘Bill” Lookabill; and a brother in law Arnold James; five brothers Ray Livengood, Billy Livengood, Carlton Livengood, Jerry Livengood, and Eugene Livengood, and 3 sisters, Patrica Livengood, Pansy Livengood, and Judy Queen.

Surviving is her daughter, Melissa Thomason (Davy) of Lexington; her son, Ben Lookabill of the Lexington;  and her granddaughter, Casey Brinkley (Daniel);  4 sisters Rita James, Patsy Myers (Richard), Doris Wood (Clinton), and Kathy Leonard (Tree); and many nieces and nephews that she loved so much.
