Rebecca “Becky” Ann Swing Milner, 74, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Testimonial Baptist Church with Pastors Carl Sutton and Jason Koontz officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Milner was born in Davidson County on September 27, 1951, to Luther Bruce Swing and Beatrice Aldean Teague Pankey. She worked for many years in the dietary department of Lexington Medical Center and was a faithful member of Testimonial Baptist Church. Becky was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Bruce Swing; and her husband, Terry Michael Milner.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving sons, Lyn Milner (Kim) and Chad Milner (Ericka); her mother, Beatrice Pankey (Raymond); her brother, Marty Swing (Kay); seven grandchildren, Adam (Karlie), Gracie, Ethan, Rachael (Jon), Nicholas, Riley, and Carsen; and four great-grandchildren, Maddox, Mila, Josie, and Harper.
