Reggie "Ken" Poag

Reggie “Ken” Poag, 58, of Lexington passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at the Hinkle Hospice House.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at Tyro United Methodist Church with Rev. Randy Foster officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1 pm until 2 pm prior to the service at the church.

Ken was born on May 21, 1964, to James “Tommy” Poag and Evie Ann Bailey Poag. He was a member of Tyro United Methodist Church and was a loving son, brother, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Yort.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Tommy Poag; his sisters, Rene Poag Noonan (Brian) of Charlotte, and Andrea Poag (Megan) of Ithaca, NY; and four grandchildren, Dazyon Poag, Zayden Mills, Zayona Yort, and Zion Brank.
