Regina Warren

Regina Mize Warren, 54, of Greensboro Street in Lexington, passed away Friday February 21, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 Wednesday February 26, 2020 at Mt. Zion Wesleyan church where she was a member with Pastor Luke Jackson officiating services.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Wednesday at the church.

Mrs. Warren was born April 28, 1965 in Davidson County to Max Lanning Mize and Margaret JoAnn Weaver Mize. Regina loved spending time with her husband going to the races at Bowman Gray Stadium ,and attending Hockey games. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving is her husband, Mike Warren of the home; a son, Phillip Warren (Ashley) of Lexington; a daughter Cassie Warren of Lexington; one brother, Joel Mize (Vickii); and 3 grandchildren, Margaret Elizabeth Warren, Avery Michelle Hughes and Mackenzie Dawn Hughes.
