Rex Gray Hagaman

Rex Gray Hagaman, 77, passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023, at his home.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, September 3, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Gray was born on February 4, 1946, in Watauga County, to the late Rex Grayson Hagaman and Nellie Frye Hagaman. He worked for many years and retired from LexCom as a computer programmer. Gray enjoyed watching SciFi movies and television shows with his wife, Marilyn, and loved spending time with his family. His pride and joy were his grandchildren who brought him so much happiness.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Left to cherish his memory, is his loving wife of 53 years, Marilyn Hagaman, of the home; daughter, Amy Hagaman of Hillsborough; sister Elizabeth Minton, of Myrtle Beach; and two grandchildren, Grayson Scott, and Carter Scott.
