Rhonda Morris

Rhonda Morris, 45, of Rock Quarry Drive, Thomasville, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, at Thomasville Medical Center. The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, by Chaplain John Holsenback. Mrs. Morris was born Oct. 14, 1960, in Davidson County to Steven Herman Stroud and Mary Colville Stroud. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Sheila Cressel and Gail Hedrick. Surviving are her spouse, Tony Morris of the home; two daughters, Melissa Morris of Trinity and Lorraine Morris of Oak Ridge; one grandchild, Matthew Riddle of Trinity; and three sisters, Patricia Haire and her husband, William Robert, of Southport, Janet Stroud of Cameron, N.C., and Vicki Stroud of South Dakota. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
