Richard Kelly Cannady

Richard Kelly Cannady, 47, of Shaw Lane, Lexington passed away Wednesday March 21, 2012 at Hinkle Hospice House. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Hurley Family Cemetery in Randolph County, with the Rev. Faron Overton officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2012, at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Mr. Cannady was born September 20, 1964, in Davidson County, to Richard Earl Cannady and Phyllis Mae Shaw Phillips. He was a self employed brick mason and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his mother. Surviving are his special friend and companion, Donna Callicutt of the home; three sons, Timmy, Brandon, and Kaleb, all of Lexington; three grandchildren, Hunter, Issac, and Cameron; father of Clinton; brothers, Paul Cannady, Michael Cannady, and Marty Cannady, all of Lexington; and sister, JoAnna Hailey of Lexington.
