Richard Jay Montgomery, Jr.

Richard Jay Montgomery, Jr., age 38 of Regents Center, Lexington passed away suddenly Wednesday evening April 22, 2020.

A celebration of life service to honor Richard will be held at a late date.

Richard was born in Jackson County, Oregon on August 18, 1981 to Richard Jay Montgomery, Sr. and Angela Elizabeth Lowe Montogmery. He was a cetified Paramedic and worked with Davidson County Rescue Squad; a critical care paramedic and instructor at DCCC and operations manager at Superior Aero Services at the Davidson County Airport and served his country in the United States Army.

Surviving are his mother, Angela Elizabeth Lowe of Linwood; his father and step-mother, Richard Montgomery, Sr. and Lupe Montgomery of San Diego, CA; paternal grandmother, Mildred Montgomery of San Diego, CA; brother,  Bryce Montgomery (Chelsea) of San Diego, CA; sister, Tori Wells (Robert) of Lawsonville, NC nad a nephew, Matthew Griffith.
