Ricky Lee Hinshaw

Ricky Lee Hinshaw Sr. 67 of Lexington passed away Friday July 8, 2022, at his home.  A service to celebrate his life will be 4:00 pm Saturday July 16, 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel conducted by Pastor Lomax Skinner. The family will see friends from 3-4 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Hinshaw was born June 1, 1955, in Forsyth County to Jack Dee Hinshaw and Lokeel Mabe Hinshaw. He worked as a plumber. Ricky enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Heritage Softail. He loved to fish and being outside. His favorite groups he enjoyed listening to were Lynard Skynard, Guns and Roses and AC DC. He was preceded in death by his dad

Surviving are his sons: Rickey Lee Hinshaw Jr. of Pilot Mt. and Michael Hinshaw of King. His mom, Lokeel Mabe Whelpley of Lexington. A brother, Dean Blalock Sr. (Susan) of Virginia and sisters, Gail Lemmings (Donald) of Lexington and Karen Sanford (Mark) of King. Also surviving are four grandchildren.
