Ricky Kennedy

Ricky Louis Kennedy, 65, of Lexington passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Thomasville Medical Center.

A private memorial service will be held in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Danny McMahan officiating.

Mr. Kennedy was born in Guilford County on April 2, 1955 to Wade Kennedy and Frances VonCannon Kennedy. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and always enjoyed coaching his children. Mr. Kennedy was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Allen, Vernon and Stephen Kennedy; one sister, Sheila Gail Kennedy; and a grandchild, Grayson Mosley.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Robin Haynes Kennedy of the home; his children, Michelle N. Kennedy, Renee P. English (Joey), and David E. Perry (Michele) ; a brother, Roger D. Kennedy; a sister, Patty Bremkamp; two grandchildren that he adored, Alyssa N. Hobbs and Amy N. Mosley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
