Robert Larry Bame

Robert Larry Bame, 73, of Davidson County, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022. There are no formal services at this time. Larry was born in Guilford County, on September 23, 1948, to the late Robert Amos Bame and Doris Neal Bame. He served his country in the Army as a Green Beret and then worked as a Regional Sales Manager for most of his life. Larry was known as outgoing and personable; he was a loving person and would help anyone with anything. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Jeanne Ellington. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 53 years, Mary “Ginny” Bame, of the home; daughter, Tammy Bame and husband, Craige Clarke of NV; two nieces, Tracy Phillips and husband Josh, and Angela Earls; and four great-nephews, Will, Lawson, Cameron, and Colton. He will be missed and remembered fondly by all who knew him.
