Robert Dru Brown

Robert Dru Brown (Papaw Dru) age 64 of Lexington NC passed away Saturday December 7, 2024 at his home. No formal services will be held. Interment will take place at Forsyth Memorial Park at a later date.

Robert was born March 24, 1960, in Forsyth County to Terry Clayburn Brown and Barbara Fultz Brown. Before becoming disabled he worked as a painter for Ian’s Body Shop.

He is preceded in death by his father Terry Brown, and brother Stevie Brown.

Surviving are his son, Daryle Dru Brown of Winston Salem and a daughter Amy Bryant (Charles Bryant Jr.) of Winston Salem. His mother of Winston Salem. His special little pal, grandson Skyler Dru Bryant of Winston Salem. Also surviving are a brother, Mark Brown (Teri) of S. Carolina and his sister, Deborah Livengood (Michael) of Winston Salem.
