Robert Lee Clark

March 14, 1957 — April 12, 2024

Robert Clark, 67, of Davidson County, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024.

A funeral will be held on Tuesday, 11:00 AM, April 16, 2024, at Dutchman Creek Baptist Church in Mocksville, with Pastor Ted Tuggle officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington.

Burial will immediately follow the service in the church cemetery.

Robert was born on March 14, 1957, in Davidson County, to Herbert Lee Clark and Sylvia Lenora Comer Clark. He worked for many years for Lexington Technologies from which he retired and was a member of Dutchman Creek Baptist Church.

Robert enjoyed riding Harleys when he was younger and was a big Alabama and Tarheels fan. His pride and joy was his Lincoln which he absolutely loved, especially for its hot rod sound.

However, his greatest love was for his family. Robert was a devoted husband of 24 years and a dedicated father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his mother.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Ronda Clark, of the home; father, Herbert Clark, of Lexington; son, Samuel Soles, of Phoenix, Arizona; daughters, Sarah Clark, of Lexington, and Melissa Beck (Dustin), of Butte, Montana; brother, Michael Scott Clark (Cheryl), of Welcome; sister Barbara Athay (Webb), of Lexington; grandchildren, Devin and Lydia; and furbaby, Spook.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dutchman Creek Baptist Church – Building Fund, P.O. Box 416 Mocksville, NC 27028.
