Robert Furr

Robert Lee Furr, 70, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, January 28, 2022, at True Light Baptist Church with Pastor Harold Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10 am until 11 am prior to the service at the church.

Mr. Furr was born in Davidson County on April 17, 1951, to Grover Lee Furr and Margie Draton Yarborough Furr. He was the owner/operator of Furr Refrigeration. Mr. Furr was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Dolly Belle Furr.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Cathy Jo Bruff Furr; his son, Christopher Furr; his step-daughter, Erin Goff (Wayne); his three sisters, Jeanette Smith (James), Elaine Furr, and Carmellene Warner; three grandchildren, Jacob, Blake, and Ryleigh.
