Robert Glenn Jordan

Robert Glenn Jordan, age 78 of Hemlock Lane, Lexington passed away Wednesday morning, March 11, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Paul’s Chapel Evangelical Reformed Church with Rev. Aaron Long officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church Columbarium. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall following the service.

Robert was born in Davidson County April 17, 1941 to David Lee Jordan and Etta Mae Chapman Jordan. He was a retired employee with TI Industries, a charter member of Paul’s Chapel and served his country in the United States Air Force.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Shirley Mae Kearns and brothers, Reid and Jim Jordan.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Barbara Louise Jordan, of the home; son, Danny Glenn Jordan (Sherri) of Lexington; sister, Peggy Queen of Lexington and a brother, John Lee Jordan (Patty) of Tennessee and numereous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank his special nephew and his girlfriend Lisa for the Friday Night, Jeopardy Nights.
