Robert (Denny) Shinault, Sr.

Robert (Denny) Shinault, Sr. of Winston-Salem passed away at his home Friday, May 26, 2017.  A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor Bob Williams officiating.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.   Robert was born in Forsyth County on August 7, 1948 to the late Early Shinault and Virginia Shinault Byrd.  He retired from Stroh Brewery.   Surviving is a son Robert Shinault (Charlotte) of Winston-Salem; a daughter, Kristie Heath (Bill) also of Winston-Salem; sisters, Cathy Taylor, Debbie Pegram (Lee) and Sherry Sprinkle all of Winston-Salem; grandchildren, Donnie, Blake, Felicia, Kayla, Matthew, Austin and seven great-grandchildren.   Memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Forsyth County, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC  27103.
