Robert Lanier Stewart

Robert Lanier Stewart, 81, of Clemmons, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at the Mountain View Nursing Home in Hendersonville, NC.

There will be no formal services held.

Robert was born on December 9, 1938 in Forsyth County to Henry Wilson Stewart and Rose Elmira Harbin Stewart.

He retired from Forsyth County Schools, as a custodian for West Forsyth High School.

Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Roy Stewart; and two sisters, Roxie Jones and Annie Lou Foster.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Barbara Jean Pruitt Stewart of the home; his son, Jimmy Stewart of Winston-Salem; and sister, Mae Cagwin.

Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is serving the Stewart Family.
