Robert Lee Triplett Iii

Robert (Bob) Lee Triplett III 71 of Lexington passed away Thursday July 14, 2022 at Forsyth Medical Center. A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Sunday July 17, 2022 at Hebron United Church of Christ Cemetery conducted by Pastor Terry Parrish. Mr. Triplett was born November 3,1950 in Montgomery County, Maryland to Bobby Lee Triplett and Fern Underwood Triplett  He retired as a sales manager for several automobile dealerships. His father preceded him in death. He loved collecting Guns and  watching anything John Wayne.  Bob was also a huge Carolina fan.

Surviving are his loving wife, Melodie Raynor Triplett of the home. His  daughters, Jaime  Triplett of Winston Salem, Lee Ann Melissa Simmons and her husband Chris of Clemmons,  and Ashley Michelle Gibbons and her husband Patrick of Clayton. Two grandchildren, Brayden Michael Gibbons and Adelynn Grace Gibbons. His mother of Winston Salem. A brother, Randy Triplett and his wife Debbie of Asheville. Also surviving are his sisters, Lisa Lackey and her husband Lee of Clemmons and Kathy Gentry and her husband Wayne of Winston Salem.
